Participate in a C3G Clinical Trial

Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) is a rare, genetically inherited kidney disease that causes the kidneys to malfunction, eventually resulting in kidney failure. It is estimated to impact 2-3 out of 1,000,000 people, and there is currently no medicine on the market to address the condition.

Researchers are currently studying an investigational C3G oral drug, and are seeking volunteers to participate in a clinical trial. To qualify, you must be between the ages of 18 and 60 and have a previous C3G diagnosis. A confirming kidney biopsy will be provided if needed. Interested? Answer a few questions to see if you’re eligible.
