At Antidote, we take the protection of your personal information seriously. We understand that your privacy is important, and we are committed to keeping your data safe, private, and secure. We constantly monitor and remain compliant with the latest regulations, ensuring that your information is handled responsibly.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

To maintain transparency and ensure that you’re always aware of how your information is used, we’ve made some updates to our privacy policy. Here are the key changes:
We have updated our policy to provide better clarity on the use of our site by children. As always, we are committed to following appropriate laws and regulations to protect children’s personal data. We've expanded our policy to include more details on this, especially as we expand to new countries and regions.

  1. Clarified Use of Social Media
We’ve made it clearer that we will not exchange your personally identifiable information through/via social media without your consent. While we may engage with patients digitally, we want to ensure there’s no confusion about how your information is collected and shared.
  2. Use of Our Site by Children (Minors)
We have updated our policy to provide better clarity on the use of our site by children. As always, we are committed to following appropriate laws and regulations to protect children’s personal data. We've expanded our policy to include more details on this, especially as we expand to new countries and regions.
  3. Expanded Coverage for New Countries and Regions
As Antidote grows and serves more regions around the world, we’ve updated our privacy policy to reflect new legal requirements and standards. This expansion ensures that our practices are in line with the privacy laws of these new countries and regions
  4. Updated Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
We’ve simplified and updated our Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) section. This now reflects the evolving privacy laws in the USA, particularly regarding state privacy laws. We’ve also taken into account how to handle data of patients living in countries who are member economies of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), ensuring we meet international standards for data access and protection.

Your Right to Access and Control Your Data

Your privacy is important to us, and we want to ensure you have full control over your personal information. If you have any questions about your data or wish to exercise your rights under privacy laws, please email us at info@antidote.me.

We appreciate your trust in us as we continue to keep data protection a top priority for our organization.
